You can uninstall and reinstall the ScanPro 2000 if it does not open.
If you see the error message "Procedure entry point" when you try to run ScanPro 2000, try the steps below:
- Sign in to the computer as an Administrator.
- Uninstall ScanPro 2000.
- Go to https://e-imagedata.com/scanpro-software-usb3-firewire/.
- Click the Download Software button next to the ScanPro 2000 latest software.
- Extract the file, and run Setup.exe.
- Follow the install wizard, and click Finish at the end of the installation.
- Double-click the ScanPro 2000 icon on the desktop.
- Update the firmware when you see a prompt.
- Use the on-screen instructions. (It could ask you to restart the scanner hardware before you click Continue).
