What is the Get Involved Report and who can view it?
The Get Involved Report Overview
The Get Involved Report provides statistics from both Get Involved and Indexing activities. These statistics reflect contributions made by members while they were part of the unit and remain associated with the unit even if members move out.
Note: The Family History Activity Report (FHAR) remains unchanged and will not, at this time, include Get Involved statistics.
Accessing the Get Involved Report
- Sign in to the FamilySearch website.
- At the top of the screen, select Get Involved, and then choose Overview from the drop-down menu.
- If you hold one of the following callings, you see a Reports tab at the top of the screen:
- Stake presidency
- Stake high councilors
- Stake Relief Society presidency
- Stake temple and family history consultants
- Ward temple and family history leaders
- Ward or branch elders quorum presidency
- Ward or branch Relief Society presidency
- Ward or branch temple and family history consultants
- Ward bishopric or branch presidency
- Ward or branch Young Men and Young Women presidencies
Note: Individuals with ward or branch callings can view reports for their own ward or branch and their stake but cannot view reports for other wards or branches. Individuals with stake callings can view reports for the entire stake, including all wards and branches.
Note: If a member with one of the listed callings does not see the Reports tab, confirm with the clerk that the member’s calling is correctly entered in the system.
Features of the Get Involved Report
- If needed, reports can be downloaded.
- The report interface has been simplified, enabling users to view statistics for:
- The current month
- The current year
- A specific user-defined date range
- Interactive graphs replace static tables for a more dynamic viewing experience.
Note: Reports currently available to the general public remain unchanged for now. Migration to the new system will occur after feedback from church units has been incorporated.
